We offer our three private luxurious vacation homes in Mariposa, the gateway to Yosemite National Park.
All of our owner owned homes offer high end spas on secluded acreage with spectacular views from large decks, and include wood burning fireplaces and firewood, gourmet kitchens, high speed WIFI, HDTVs with HD DISH and HBO, WIIs for the kids, assorted games, books and DVDs, central heating and air conditioning, outdoor propane BBQs with outside dining picnic tables, and ample parking.
Our goal is too make all of our guests have a awesome vacation experience inside and outside Yosemite National Park, recommend our lodging (give good reviews), and return back to our vacation homes in the future. We have been five of five stars in our first year for all of our Yosemite Vacation Rental Homes. We have made all of these homes to be a relaxation pleasure for us while visiting Mariposa, Oakhurst and Yosemite National Park, and extend to our guests the same comforts we love.
The Accommodating River House is a luxurious 3 bedroom, plus reading room and game room, 2.5 bath 2300 square foot cabin with spa. The lodging has beds to accommodate 14 people. The two story deck has a fantastic view of the 1.7 acre property with that includes the year around East Fork of the Chowchilla River. It is located about forty five minutes from Yosemite National Park's south entrance, and about an hour and fifteen minutes from Yosemite National Park's Arch Rock entrance. Both routes take about one and a half hours to get you to the heart of Yosemite Valley, Half Dome, Yosemite Falls, and other Yosemite Valley attractions.
"Had a wonderful weekend in the River House, definitely could've stayed a couple of days longer. The house is clean and very well-equipped. It just has al the utilities you need to make it a perfect vacation. It is the perfect getaway for big groups of friends or families who want to visit Yosemite National Park during day (only one-hour and a half drive from the Valley, so you need a car) and come home in the evening to enjoy what the house has to offer. We made extensive use of the spa and the BBQ and had a cozy evening playing games by the fireplace.
The house is located in the middle of nature, surrounded by trees and close to a little river. The views of the night sky and its shooting stars straight from the spa on the sun deck are just wonderful.
The owners, Kim and Keith, are very friendly and helpful and are willing to give you all the information you need in order to make your stay perfect. The Cozy Pool House is a romantic 2 bedroom, 2 bath 1500 square foot cabin that comfortably sleeps 6, located on 5 private acres, with a large patio, deck, secluded pool and spa, spectacular views, and more wildlife that you can count. A bird lover paradise, with over fifty bird species logged in by our retired horticulture professor neighbor. It is located about fifty five minutes from Yosemite National Park's Arch Rock entrance, and about an hour and five minutes from Yosemite National Park's south entrance. Both routes take about one and a forty minutes to get you to Glacier Point overlooking Yosemite Valley, Half Dome, Nevada Falls, Vernal Falls and other Yosemite Valley attractions.
"Spent four nights over New Year's with 8, 18, and 21 year old kids. Had a great time and enjoyed the clean, comfortable, and peaceful setting. We visited Yosemite twice in all it's snowy wonder and hiked the trails of the valley. The property has plenty of room to run. We saw deer, myriad birds, and a bobcat ten feet from the bedroom window..... Gorgeous!! The house is well stocked and has lots of entertainment options. Hot tub under the stars was fabulous. Drive through Oakhurst to Yosemite Valley lookout was worth the extra miles for the beauty of the route. Firewood was wet so maybe bring your own?

The Spacious Midpines Manor is a 2600 square foot 3 bedroom, 2 3/4 bath cabin that comfortably sleeps 10, on 2.5 secluded acres, yet close to all weather highway. Enjoy the views from our two large second story decks. It is located about forty five minutes from Yosemite National Park's Arch Rock entrance, and about one and a half hours from Yosemite National Park's south entrance. It takes an hour (when no wait at entrance) to get to the heart Yosemite Valley.
"This is a very comfortable house that has everything you need and more! The kitchen, spa and TVs and rooms and property are huge. The drive to Yosemite is manageable and it was very pleasant to come "home" there, light a fire and sit in the tub. Also, our 8 year old son was pleased that there was a WII and our dog loved running around (we live in an apartment in the bay area!)."
